My story

My sales career began in 2003 at Southwestern ​Advantage, where I started as a door-to-door ​salesperson and advanced to Sales Manager, leading ​international teams.


Later, I moved to Paris to launch a branch for LGFG ​Fashion House, specializing in luxury custom suits. We ​expanded into several European countries, as well as ​Australia and Hong Kong, where I eventually became ​Chief Sales Officer.


In 2018, I returned back to Estonia and began helping ​startups develop sales strategies. Since then, I've ​worked with over 20 startups and collaborated with ​larger companies, training their teams and improving ​sales operations.
