My story
My sales career began in 2003 at Southwestern Advantage, where I started as a door-to-door salesperson and advanced to Sales Manager, leading international teams.
Later, I moved to Paris to launch a branch for LGFG Fashion House, specializing in luxury custom suits. We expanded into several European countries, as well as Australia and Hong Kong, where I eventually became Chief Sales Officer.
In 2018, I returned back to Estonia and began helping startups develop sales strategies. Since then, I've worked with over 20 startups and collaborated with larger companies, training their teams and improving sales operations.
